Elderhostel Registration Specifics
How Do I Register? If you are interested in joining fellow
Elfun Society members on these unique programs, you may register using a
credit card for the deposit.

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis,
Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m., USA Eastern Time.
Payment Information: A deposit of $100 for US & Canada
programs is required at the time of registration.
If You Need to Change Your Plans: We're here to help.
We understand that you may occasionally have to change your plans,
sometimes due to unexpected events. Our dedicated staff is ready to
assist you and is never more than a toll-free phone call or a few
computer mouse-clicks away.
Transfers: The Elderhostel Service Plan guarantees that you
will receive personal assistance from our expert staff, who will assist
you in transferring to another program of your choice. Elderhostel's
wide range of programs, locations, and dates makes it easy for you to
transfer to a new program.
Withdrawals: The Elderhostel Service Plan offers maximum
protection of your program payment, generously refunds you, and
doesn't require any additional costs for insurance! Should you need
to withdraw from a program for any reason, your total program
payment is fully refundable, except for a very modest non-refundable
deposit, which covers our costs in processing your enrollment,
transfer or withdrawal and other commitments already made on your
behalf. As a not-for-profit organization, these policies help us to
continue to offer our exceptional learning opportunities at an
